Do I need to be home for the pickup?

Ideally, yes — but we can also arrange for contactless service. Just send us photos or videos, and we’ll provide a quote and schedule the pickup even if you’re not there.

Are there any items you don’t take?

Yes — for safety and legal reasons, we can’t take hazardous materials, such as:

• Paints, solvents, or oils

• Asbestos

• Certain chemicals
